Accordion Player Covers 10 Difficulty Levels of Tetris
A YouTuber took his love of Tetris to the next level. Ten, to be exact!
French YouTuber “Les covers de Persiflette” is known for his impressive accordion covers of everything from popular film soundtracks to video game themes. However, one video in particular caught the attention of Tetris fans.
With his trusty accordion, Les covers de Persiflette posted a video showcasing his run through 10 different difficulty levels of the Tetris theme song.
What starts as a slow, melodic rendition quickly picks up pace until it becomes a frenzy of notes, similar to a real-life game of Tetris! All the while, this talented accordionist never breaks stride, and powers through the challenging tune with ease.
Judging by his quick fingers on the accordion keys, we’re guessing Les covers de Persiflette is quite the Tetris master!
Based on the video’s description, it took him 66 different takes to record a final version he was happy with sharing. We can definitely relate as Tetris players. After each round, we can’t help but instantly hop back into the game and try to beat our high score.
We find this YouTuber’s love of Tetris and his accordion skills admirable. Now if you excuse us, we’re going to power through a Tetris marathon with this tune playing in the background.
